When it comes to sending us content for your website, here’s a quick guide to the best way to get everything over to us.
Written content
Send written content as a Word document or similar – plain text is fine too. The main thing is to make it clear which content belongs to which page, either by using headings within a single document or by sending separate files for each page.
Blog posts
If you’re moving an existing blog over to your new WordPress site, we can import posts directly from WordPress or Blogger. Just export your posts from your current platform and send the file over.
Images and video
Please don’t send large image or video files by email – they have a habit of getting blocked or bouncing. Instead, use a free file transfer service like WeTransfer, which lets you send up to 2GB at no cost.
Product and customer data
Product data for WooCommerce can be sent as an Excel or CSV file. Here’s an example file showing the columns we need to import your products correctly.
If you have an existing ecommerce site and need a hand exporting your data in the right format, just share your login details with us and we’ll take care of it.
