During the website design process we’ll need certain content from you to integrate with your new website. The guide below gives details of how to send us your content along with the preferred format for certain types of content that you may be sending.
Written content
Written content can be emailed to us in a digital format such as Microsoft Word so that we can copy and paste the content into your website.
Please use headings, or separate documents to make it clear which content belongs to which page.
Blog posts
If you have a blog in any of the following platforms then it should be possible to export your blog posts to be imported into WordPress:
- WordPress
- Blogger
Images and video
Large files such as images and video files can be difficult to send by email. For these files we recommend using a file transfer service such as WeTransfer that will let you to sent up to 2GB for free.
Product and customer data
Product data can be sent to us in Excel or CSV format. Here is an example file showing the columns that we need to be able to import your file into WooCommerce.
